I went to see Jo to claim the warranty and repair the window blinds I purchased 8 years ago. Excellent services!
I visited Sarah at Wen- Di to help me with a transom window I wanted a shade for. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did not disappoint. She was extremely helpful and it took no time at all for it to get installed. Richard did a great job with the measurements and installation. Very impressed and would go back again for other window treatments.
We purchased Hunter Douglas Blinds. The plastic tabs on the end of the rope that lowers and raises the blinds broke. I was told the tabs would be free but they were going to charge us $35.00 for shipping. Amazing that a store that we hadn’t even purchased from gave us 2. Definitely will not be ordering blinds for our new place from Win-di windows. Do not recommend.
Ordered the blinds that I thought I'd liked a year ago at the design studio appointment but cancelled due to frustrating delays in production and shipping. The customer service was understanding and gave a full refund.
