UP-SELL ON STEROIDS. And rather impolite. Walked-in this morning with a need to identify the cause of the bike tire going flat within 1 to 2 weeks. The service person offered to replace the tube. When asked to assist with finding the trouble source first, they refused on the grounds that "this will take half an hour" (???). Amazingly helpful service from a great team.
I visited to research e-MTBs for a chronic L4/L5 and neck condition. While the staff were pleasant, the experience felt like "polite gatekeeping." My medical needs were dismissed as just a "sore back," and I was told I wouldn't be "working the suspension to its potential."
