The staff here are very informative and helpful. Ethan helped me pick out my very first road bike, making sure I was getting the right size frame and talked me through some of the essentials to get me started, and everything I needed to know about the bike. The customer service was exceptional, and they even managed to get my bike ready on the spot.
Delicious coffee, the barrister Charlie was very friendly too
UP-SELL ON STEROIDS. And rather impolite. Walked-in this morning with a need to identify the cause of the bike tire going flat within 1 to 2 weeks. The service person offered to replace the tube. When asked to assist with finding the trouble source first, they refused on the grounds that "this will take half an hour" (???). The notion that it takes 5 minutes tops was replied to with a rude "You may do it yourself on your own time" (!!!). "Exceptional level of customer service", as in "exceptionally low".
