Incredible studio with an experience like no other. Susan creates a dream world in each session she offers at her studio. She is truly like the fairy godmother we all need in life- sprinkling our lives with moments of magic and wonder. I have tried the yin yoga classes and the kundalini class and I can confidently say that they were both inspiring classes and very much needed for my soul.

I had a great first experience here doing a Kundalini yoga and sound bath. Susan and Nadine were both fantastic and their words truly resonated with me. The environment is beautifully decorated, clean and calming. I can’t wait to be back for more classes, there’s a great variety!
I recently attended the Sound Bath Yin Yoga class and it was such a relaxing, beautiful experience. The combination of gentle yin postures and the calming sound bath helped me completely unwind. The studio is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of props like pillows and blankets to make each posture extra comfortable. Monica and Susan are wonderful instructors who create a warm, peaceful space and guide the class with such care. Highly recommend for people wanting to relax and self care.
The studio is very pretty and Susan is very nice!! I love the sound bath session a lot. This sound bath was totally different from any others I’ve tried in mtl. She used a ton of different sounds, which really helped me chill out and de-stress especially with the meditation at the starttt
