Ordered a chair late on a Friday night and the order confirmation didn’t come through and they replied to my query with a confirmation early Saturday and delivered within days. Amazing service and would defo use them again!
Bought a chair. Was told when it would arrive. It arrived. It was on time and in perfect condition plus the Guy that delivered it was extremely pleasant and made sure to assure that I could call if there were any issues whatsoever. What more could you ask for?
Exceptional service from Wellworking. I bought a Harman Miller chair for my wife. Unfortunately it had a couple of faults (not Wellworking's fault), and she also didn't find it very comfortable. Wellworking were brilliant at resolving the faults and providing support to adjust the chair correctly. Ultimately, my wife was not happy and they have exchanged the chair for another model.
