Ordered a Mirra 2. It was great price. Dispatched quickly and when they emailed to confirm delivery I was due to be at a different address but still local. They changed the delivery address with no bother. On delivery they had already made the chair up and the delivery guy was brilliant (sorry forgot your name!). He took the time to demonstrate all the features and how to adjust everything and even gave hints and tips on how to make sure it was set up in the best way. I cannot recommend this company and chair enough, i purchased the Heran Miller Precision Verus chair due to having back problems and sitting as part of my office job for long periods of time. The ordering was easy and the communication from the very start was fantastic. MY chair was delivered today by Phil, who took the time to show me how it works and to find my best position for comfort. Possibly the best company I've ever ordered from. Bought a Herman Miller while sat in John Lewis waiting for someone to serve me (thank goodness they had slow service - in that 5 minutes I'd saved £500 buying from Wellworking). Always kept updating on progress by email, chair delivered by Wellworking direct rather than a courier. Phil gave me a run through of the features on delivery. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks very much
