Great yoga group Monday and Friday reasonably priced well qualified instructors.
I had my first pilates class at Wellwood yesterday and really enjoyed it. I was greeted by Jolene and taken to the reformer pilates room. Caity was the instructor for my session and was so welcoming and provided just the right amount of guidance throughout the session. Excited for my next class :)
Had a chance to take a reformer class with Anasuya and the experience was absolutely excellent. The place is clean and provides brand new equipment. Anasuya took care and continuously followed each single participant for the entire class, kindly recommending small corrections when needed. A great place for both beginners as well as advanced Pilates practitioners.
Everyone of the instructors are so proficient and very lovely people with it. Whether it's Mat, Reformer or Restore, I always fell better afterwards. Even better, I feel that I have made friends among the other people in the classes.
