Everyone of the instructors are so proficient and very lovely people with it. Whether it's Mat, Reformer or Restore, I always fell better afterwards. Even better, I feel that I have made friends among the other people in the classes.
I contacted Wellwood while in the emergency room with my mum with two broken arms. We wanted to pause her member ship until we could get her through surgeries. Lucy advised us to cancel her membership she refused to refund her class credits and continued to take out the direct deposit. Very poor business practice considering the circumstances. Lucy also berated my mum for 20 minutes just after she got out hospital because she didn’t want to refund her classes.
Really enjoyed my first session never done yoga before I was made to feel very welcome.
