Very friendly and knowledgeable staff got my shoulder working again. Wendy and Jessica put me through the wringer, but I knew it was worth it and my shoulder thanks them.
Very efficient and helpful. My therapist Kevin is very good.
The PT stressed that I would need about 10-20 sessions. When I asked about the cost, the PT could not answer and referred me to the front desk staff. I asked them, and they said they did not know and I would be notified before the next visit. No word until I received the bill for over $2100, which equated to $300.00 per session. I am in financial hardship because profits were placed above patient care and connection. I wish someone would have let me know on the 1st or no later than the 2nd visit.
