I did breathwork for the first time with Kathleen and it was incredible. She made me feel safe enough to completely let myself dissolve into the practice. I had been trying different things (hypnosis, yoga, meditation) for anxiety and hit a wall. The session helped me approach it from a different perspective. A few weeks have passed now and I can still feel the effect. A wonderful experience.

I had a Gua Sha facial and craniosacral message from Kathleen. It was incredible. Kathleen has such a warmth and her space is beautiful and so relaxing. She intuitively knew exactly where I needed the most attention put to relieve the tension and stress I was holding. She has very healing hands. I am looking forward to returning.
