I scheduled a cranial sacral session and arrived feeling stressed and ungrounded. I wear an OURA ring and after our 60 min session (which felt like 15 min) I checked my stress level on my ring. If TMJ is ruining your life and you’re local to New Orleans, I cannot recommend Kathleen enough. I just had my second session with her, and we have a long way to go (it’s REALLY jankity up in here), but I’ve gotten more relief from my neck and jaw pain and achieved more mobility from those two sessions than I did from months of PT.
