The therapy dept. has taught me how to use my prosthetic and move in supportive ways. Dietary has taken time to teach me good eating habit. Staff have taught me self discipline to the point I am getting ready to reenter the community. Without them this goal would not have happened.

They are very helpful and explain everything that will be happening. They take the time and ask what are some of the interests are for your family members. When we left we knew that are mom was in the very best of hands. The staff was very helpful and very supportive.
My husband has parkinson and fell and broke his hip. The hip was repaired in the hospital and the sedation given really messed up his mind. We found Wellspring In fairview through a referral from his physical therapist. We are so glad we found this highly qualified rehab facility. Within 10 days he was ready to go home in time for the holidays. My first impression of the facility was that it was pretty stark in appearance but it is extremely clean and no odor.
