My fiance' and I came here for our 6 year anniversary. Staff was friendly. I wished the suite was a little bigger, with two massage chairs side by side. But, overall no complaints. We made a long trip to get here and it was worth it in my opinion! The W Suite was one of a kind. I felt extremely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.
I have never done a Japanese bath before, but it was our 7th wedding anniversary and I wanted to do something special. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was so wonderful! The spa was extremely peaceful and relaxing, and they made us feel very welcome. The bath was big enough for my husband and I and the shower was like a waterfall. The massage chair was the icing on the cake of relaxation, and they gave us fresh towels, robes, hot tea and filtered water with lemon, along with aromatherapy oils for our bath.
