Carolyn ia amazing. About 10 yrs ago I went to Carolyn and did three sessions and quit an 18 yr 4 tin chewing tobacco habit. Never had a craving since.
I went to Carolyn in the peek of covid. As well as the peek of overwhelming anxiety and depression. I’d done the most popular form of therapy, CBT, but nothing truly helped more instantaneously than her hypnotherapy. It was a true mental massage/sleep/break from all the worry I’d experienced.
