I give this facility one star if I could give it a negative one. The floor staff is always short management nowhere to be seen the administrator Zach has absolutely no idea what’s going on in his facility he walks around like everything is OK The executive director Bill is only worried about Evergreen patients he doesn’t take anything serious or in consideration him and the administrators Zach are hell of a team. I'm still here but I must say that, I picked this rehabilitation center, not knowing a single thing about it. I was definitely happy with the quality of care that I received. From the Nurses.....Marcia Butts, Michelle, Ms Minnie, Karen, Ms Jeneiva my night Nurse 3rd shift aide Tiffany. And the second floor Assistant whom I personally witnessed doing a multiple of jobs Rhonda.....Thanks Everyone for the excellent care. I would also like to recognize, Pam and Deion aides who went beyond and above the call of duty.
