Absolutely amazing experience, they were 1/3 the price of the previous place and did 3x the treatments. I got dry needling, cupping, ems stim, and shockwave therapy all for 1/3 the price of a single treatment of those anywhere else, and it lasted an hour. The professionals there were super nice and happy and seemed very genuine. I will be rebooking regularly

Is it possible to leave 10 stars! Dr Kampfe and his staff are exceptional and always exceeds my highest expectations. They truly care about every patient. My pain level drastically is reduced after each visit over the past 8 years. I am thankfully and blessed I was referred to Wellspring Heath and Sports Performance in 2018.
