Awesome Staff! They are friendly, caring and knowledgeable! I have an athletic child and who has had an unfortunate spinal injury. He will be back after healing from surgery and is looking forward to seeing everyone again! Thank you for doing what you do!
Heather speech therapist would come in our home and just stand and do nothing. Then she would bug us about signing off insurance verification so she can be paid for her hour of doing nothing but gossiping. Speech therapists need to do actual work under video surveillance
Nice place to go the only problem is that you schedule with one person and they’ll change the therapist without letting you know and when you show up, someone else is waiting for you. I called the office and let them know. I wasn’t happy with that and they still did it a couple times that’s why I canceled my last 2 appointment. I love my therapist, Taylor and Lisa and I feel comfortable with them. They are very professional and caring!! I’m not sure what is going on with scheduling but they need to improve that ASAP!
