Attempt numerous phone calls, emails to get hold of anyone since January 2026. The customer service is awful, very unsatisfactory. You call and you will be online for over 30 minutes to an hour and you get transferred and pass on to a different department. I do not want to give even for a one star but unfortunately you can not post your review.

I am using this for work is so unfortunately they don’t have costumer service staff. Is all AI and additional cost &750 per hour if you have questions
