Hands down the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. My wife had a car loan through this bank, and from start to finish communication was extremely difficult. You can barely get ahold of anyone when you need help. When the loan was finally paid off, they failed to handle the title properly. What should be a pretty simple process for a bank has turned into a major issue, and now we’re unable to register the car because of their mistakes (plural).
