Sean is amazing. He has literally changed my outlook on life with my ED neck hyperflexibility to strengthen my neck. It’s so convenient for him to come to my house and work around my busy schedule to help take care of me. I use to suffer from migraines and severe balance issues. My migraines are gone and improving my balance. Sean gives you the knowledge on how to improve your issues, checks up on you and will tweak your exercises to make them better.
