Visiting this facility for the very first time as a new employee to the company was more than welcoming. The staff and residents welcomed me into the family with open arms. If you are looking for a home for your love one (short stay or long term care) this is the place to be in Wells. They also have an all male and an all female secure unit. My brother in law is at Wells and they have been nothing short of excellent. They take very good care of him. When we visit they are Very accommodating. We always take him food and they heat it for him. Thanks very much
