I cannot recommend Jaison Wells as an attorney. Initially, he seemed promising, but his professionalism quickly deteriorated. After several attempts to contact him via text where began our communication he completely ghosted me, leaving me in a difficult situation. Weeks of being strung along without any response were frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid hiring him at any costs

Jason Wells esq is the kind of wesel you think of when you think of a real estate attorney. More farrett than wesel in this case. He was trustee ( maybe wrong wording!?!?) several years ago on my forcloure proceedings and always gave me the impression he cheated me out of time and monies I was owed during the economic crash era. Not of course far off from ANY attorney, you can't trust a one as far as you can throw them. Not very personable, not at all charming like a lawyer should be. Well as a seller client, not too happy with the phone center, every time I call I get Sonny's voice mail. I was told that if one was busy the other part of "the team," as they call it would pickup. It's not happening, thinking that potential buyers are getting same run around. This is the 3rd time I've called in last 10 days, wondering if there is a contract violation there.

I reached out to Wells Realty Group to discuss options for dealing with my home. I had experienced a hardship (job loss) and wanted to understand all options available to me. Jason Wells went through all of the options in detail and in a way that I could understand. He explained the pros and cons of each option and helped me make the right decision for my situation. Everyone at Wells was wonderful. I went to them with little hope of selling my home and having to resort to a short sale...or worse....a bankruptcy. Jason could not have been more understanding and informative. I decided to try a traditional sale......In 21/2 weeks my place sold....the back and forth negotiation was seamless with no stress at all. In less than a month all was done and I got paid!!!
