I went in a couple weeks ago looking for a custom sectional. Told the girl what I was looking for and all she did was kept pushing one particular brand that didn’t carry the style I wanted. I told her to go through all the brands and see what she could find. They still have yet to call me, email, or anything. I went in in some work clothes and work boots and they must’ve thought I wasn’t a serious buyer. Guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Loved our experience with Wells! Our table is gorgeous, and the delivery was the best care we've ever received.
We bought a custom couch from Wells. We were willing to pay extra for a piece we expected to have for years. When the couch arrived I was disappointed with some minor quality issues, (ie. Scratches on the legs, stitching issues, etc.) but overall the couch looked pretty nice and was comfortable. We have had the couch now for a couple years and the clips under the couch have broken and ripped through the fabric on the bottom. We don't have kids or dogs. Was given an opportunity for an interview just to be called the next day and cancelled on because the position was suddenly filled. I assume by a friend of management. Very unprofessional.
