Good High Class Furniture This is a large home furnishings store with lots of stock that is tastefully arranged. I enjoy going there to browse in their comfortable surroundings. I bought only one chair from them, but they made me feel that my purchase was a very important one. Their stock is high quality, and I think the price is reasonable for a high-end selection.

Two electric chairs as well as an electric reclining sofa were purchased in 2016. My elderly mother was told that the fabric would last, and she purchased the additional warranty. 4 years later the fabrics is worn, seam is coming apart. Wells has us call the warranty, the warranty does not cover. This company does not sell the quality furniture they once did. Furthermore, they have taken advantage of elderly customers. This is poor customer service.

I recently made a significant purchase from Wells and I was very pleased with the purchase and the service. From the management to the sales staff to the delivery men, everything could not have been more perfect. I have since recommended Wells to two friends and they both made purchases there and were also pleased. I also made a second purchase. With the choices in our area for purchasing furniture being so limited in terms of quality vs price I would highly recommend. There is something to be said for "you get what you pay ... read more

STAY AWAY! – Purchased a dining room set there - or at least I thought I did. Staff seemed friendly and helpful enough. Placed an order and paid for it. Everything seemed fine. Got a phone call 15 minutes after left store, with salesperson saying a mistake had been made. Said they undercharged us $100 and we would be responsible for it upon delivery. Told them we had a signed sales contract and we would not be responsible for any additional costs. Asked if manager could take care of the difference. Was told no since the orde... read more
