Went to cash my check and I’m guessing the guy was new, I had told him to deposit it into my checking account but he deposited into my credit account. Now I have to wait 10 days for my money. Do better
Worst customer service
Placed a currency order with teller or banker or whatever they call themselves. Wrote everything on a sticky note and looked very confused. Assured me they would call me when the bills got in the following week but nobody ever returned a call, whether to let me know to pick up my currency or to let me know there was some kind of unexpected delay. Highly unprofessional
