This Wells Fargo branch in Marina, California has drastically declined in customer service ever since the Covid pandemic of 2020. Customer service has really suffered and service just isn't very good. I have also noticed they never have enough tellers working and the line waiting sometimes extends outside of the bank. There's also been times when no tellers are available and you have to use an ATM. I just had the most frustrating experience at these location I have being banking with Wells Fargo for years and every time I go I am more disappointed with the customer service I went today I all I need it was to get charge, not from my account, I had a $20 and I need it a ten and 2 five dollar bills I waited in line for like 15 minutes because they only had to tellers When It was my turn I ask for change and she would not do it with out my ID, I try showy my phone app but she wouldn’t not take it.
