This is my honest review about my experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I have repeatedly experienced a lack of knowledge and poor customer service from one of the tellers at this location. Several times I have gone in to cash a Wells Fargo check, and despite having both a checking and a savings account with the bank, I am constantly told that the check cannot be cashed and that I must deposit it instead. atms have been down for 10+ days now. only reason i have a WF account is for atm transactions. safe to say ill be closing my account with WF
