I have very awesome interaction with this bank and God knows how often I've had to use their fraud department to take care of fraudulent transactions on my account and got them taken care of the most speedy recovery of my account and receiving funds I thought were lost. And I'm not the best In budgeting my pay check and getting it to work out right but they have the patience and knowledge to get me by. Worst customer service I've ever seen at a bank only staffed with 2 tellers during rush hour. My local small family owned bank can appropriately staff why can't this huge corporation do the same. Never picks up the phone and refuses to let me buy and quarters or other small coins.
