Horrible service at main branch, was lured in with promises to pay new direct deposit offer to pay 35o.00 after 3 months. Due to employees not properly opening accounts. Wells Fargo say it would not honor. Closed all my accounts 😭.
Tge local teller was friendly and professional. I am not at all happy with Wells Fargo corporate. They used to be able to make local designs. Now all decisions are made in some obscure remote office.
I was happy until they renigged on initial 350.00 bonus for opening a direct deposit and manitning specific balance. Closing my accounts today.
Love this location. Never any hassle. In and out the door within minutes.
