My experience with them was very bad. I meet the loan officer and got pre-approval letter, that was easy, then I made an offer for a house and the seller accepted my offer, and I told the loan officer that I have an accepted offer, he requested me to sign some paper and he requested me to pay for the appraisal and credit report about 740$ and I did, the next day the loan officer said that the underwriter could not accept your loan, I was suppressed and asked them to hold the appraisal, because I did not want to lose that 740... read more
