After getting the run around for nearly 3 months, and providing, then re-providing, all of the necessary documentation, we had enough and went to another local bank. We got our loan, money in hand, in about 2 weeks. I've bought and sold around 5 homes before and have refinanced and have never had the low level of customer service as I did from Wells Fargo. If I could rate them at less than 1 star I would.
