Good - they gave me a HELOC on a duplex with a good rate. Branches all over which helps when I need to pull cash Bad - mortgage process was difficult with too many individuals involved who don't understand investment properties. Website is atrocious with bizarre steps required to make payments at times. Sometimes it won't even let me make a payment. Won't let me close savings accounts which require minimum balances to avoid fees. Compared to other online banking, this bank causes the most frustrations
