Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. We applied to refinance our home on September 18th. We were suppose to go to closing next week. Today I get a text message saying that we have to pay $35,000 at closing to pay off our solar panels or the loan is dead. Mind you they were told about the solar panels months ago and assured us it wouldn't be a problem. I recommend that you run from Wells Fargo quickly as possible.
