The absolute worst company I tried to deal with while getting pre approved, I wish I would have gotten this guy Ryan’s full name. He was completely rude and didn’t want to answer any of my questions or help in anyway. Every other company I have spoke with was so nice and helpful this guy was so judgmental and mean, I was shocked by the disrespect.

After being on hold for an hour and a half to resolve problem with no one answering the phone, I have decided to find another company to finance my home. 150k screw up on their part. Don't waste your time.
