WORST MORTGAGE TRANSACTION I’VE EVER SEEN!!!! I’m a realtor with CENTURY 21 and represent a buyer in an ongoing transaction. We are supposed to close on their new home in two days, up until now they have said everything was fine. Then today they say the title attorney is not a “Wells Fargo title attorney” no one from there office has yet to tell me the requirements of being a “Wells Fargo approves title attorney” are, other than my assumption that they want the title company to send them a kickback and they won’t.
