A wells Fargo customer wrote me a check, not a large check, under 10k. Wells Fargo said since I was not a customer, it will be 4 days for them to order the cash. They did their own customer a disservice as I will never take a Wells Fargo check again.

Today I wanted to open a card, I went into this bank, it was empty, in general, except for three cashiers who were standing at the counter, not smiling like policemen, nothing. I didn't see anyone else. I was disappointed in this bank. I don't know why, they have a very low rating there. I have to go to another branch of the bank with these scum, where the relations are more friendly. I don't know how a bank of this level can treat its clients like that. I am very disappointed.

I would give ZERO stars….. I have NEVER dealt with such a horrible bank! They are clueless. Good luck trying to get your money. Took me 5 days 4 trips and I had to make a scene to FINALLY get MY money!!!!!! Go as far away as possible from this bank!

This branch is awful. I have never come here and there not been a problem. It is 11:21 am on a Friday and there is one teller, no drive up and plenty of employees sitting in their offices. The line is 22 people long in the lobby and this is a complete joke. Customer service here is atrocious. Zero stars if I could.
