Today I had an appointment and branch manager, Jodi Wells Took my challenging Issue on. She not only explained the issues which are concerning my mother's account. She printed everything out, explained and made me feel comfortable in the knowledge. She did so with a professional and kind attitude, I am extremely grateful today to know. The Information she shared with me is correct and concise. If I have business to do again with Wells fargo, I hope I do hope I can work with Ms Wells again.
I',m a new resident and visited Wells Fargo with some trepidation after reading reviews. I was pleasantly surprised this morning to purchase a money order and cash withdrawal. The teller, Isiah, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. First impressions bode well for the future
Very bad experience! I had an appointment to open an account, and when I arrived on time, they confirmed it was correct but told me they didn’t have time for me and made another appointment for another day. I left my job to come here, and all they gave me was an apology. What am I supposed to do with an apology? Extremely poor service — very disappointed with this branch
I used Wells Fargo for over 10 years and we have never been treated like we was at this location. The manager in the back is as rude and unhelpful as can be. Dont you ask him anything without a appointment or he will tell you you will sit there all day and only help you when he feels like he might have a minute and that may be next week.
