I went in the bank today with a problem that I wanted a banker to look at. After speaking with one lady I was told to wait to speak with the bank as he helped another customer. After a 20 minute wait that banker told the other worker to tell me he couldn’t help me… he never spoke to me nor looked at my accounts…. POOR SERVICE AND STAFF!!!!
This is THE WORST wells fargo location I have ever seen and visited! The ATMs NEVER work and there is NEVER enough staff to service the customers in a timely manner! It’s a great location as far as convenience goes but what’s the point if you can’t meet the needs of the customers? DO BETTER!
This is horrible I have bills to pay I work late and these awful atm machines, such a huge money making bank but can't make one freaking phone call to get someone out there to fix them I am furious and in the future I will be switching banks.
ATMs are constantly down!
steve smith is a bad manager. the teller in training called him for help a few times & he literally ignored her. and took his precious time to give her approval
