THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I applied for a HELOC on April 2 2020. Sent in all the documents requested. Was told everything was fine and the application went to the underwriter. A week later i am told the advisor quit and that the docs did NOT go to the underwriter and that I have to submit them again. This happened THREE TIMES. It is now June 29 2020, a full THREE MONTHS LATER., and they are still requesting more documents, even though I already got a conditional approval. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. I left 3 messages that never were returned. I finally called at a time when the phone was answered. The hours for getting checks signed is very limited. When I did go in to get the check signed the woman at the front desk was very rude.
