This bank is the worse bank in the world. I was so happy with Wachovia they were a peoples bank. I did have always the support I needed wiith them but, now with Wells Fargo is not even close they only good to collect fees and treat people with attitude and arrogance. I HATE WELLS FARGO. I will be moving to an small local bank..... they know you by your name and respect you no matter who you are or how much you have in the bank. NEED TO MOVE ON!!! hopefully we all take action to stop monster like this.

This wells office is a nigtmare. I am a wellsfargo customer and have a wells fargo loan for the past 5 years. I attempted to refi this loan with Wells back in March when the rates dropped to 4.5%. Today they are around 6% and I am still waiting. NO one calls you back. 10 weeks to refi your own loan an no answer yet.
