Moriarty manager and banker could not do a IRA withdrawal? They both had done in the past? Maria Eva Mendoza did this for me in about 15 minutes. Maria did a fabulous job. I had to do a 60 mile round trip to Alb branch to complete no thanks to Moriarty branch. Thank you Maria!!
Absolute garbage costumer service! Make it really difficult on the costumers side feel like they push ppl away so they don’t have to do their job the management lady!
Chantelle the Branch Manager at this location was really helpful when my son and I went in on a Saturday and the line was very long. She came out and checked with each of us who were waiting to see if we had any questions or to see if she could expedite any of our wait times - which in my case she was able to do by assisting me at the ATM. Thank you Chantelle! :)
