the worst office in all of america
No stars! After having a home mortgage and a flooring company credit card through Wells Fargo, I decided to apply for a general use credit card. I had a small balance on an AMEX credit card that I was paying a high interest rate on and was going to transfer that balance to my new Wells Fargo card. Well, lo and behold, I was denied! I couldn't understand it. My home mortgage has been paid off as was the other credit card. I paid both off early and never missed a payment. Very bad customer service by phone. Only they know what they are speaking. I think i call to other country..not in US.
