I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone in Decatur. Today was my second time in there to try to handle things, and both times things have been beyond difficult. They were not aware of anything they had going on. Gadly will take my business elsewhere. If i could give it zero stars, I would.
The incompetence and inconsistency of this branch is shameful. When a customer has to inform the employee on how their process works, you know it’s not a place of business you should be at. I do not recommend this location and I would advise you stay away as well.
Would be a good location for a real bank. Told me they could cash a insurance check, that had their name on it as my insurance's bank, told the guy on the phone the amount it was for, and he told me to come on. Drove 55 minutes from winston county , just for them to tell me they didn't have the cash. All of its understandable, but would have been nice to not waste 2 and half hours of my day if they'd just been honest.
My meeting with Gil today was like being with a long- time friend. All details of my application for my Card were professionally taken care of and I left feeling like I have a new best friend.
Very unhelpful to myself and everyone I saw go in front of me.
