I have banked here for almost 30 years. That says everything about what they provide the customer.
So, I have worked for three financial institutions. Two banks, and a credit union I am currently employed with. I only have Wells Fargo as a joint with my husband. That being said, WORST customer service in my life and from having experience with the banking world. Manger, train your tellers better. They full-on ignored me, I tried to make conversation, even relating to my experience, and the young lady I had avoided eye contact and would talk to the other teller during my transaction, not interacting with me at all. What kind of bank can't tell you whether you have overdraft protection or not lol. Better yet, won't even pull up your account to add it. What a joke.
I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone in Decatur. Today was my second time in there to try to handle things, and both times things have been beyond difficult. They were not aware of anything they had going on. Gadly will take my business elsewhere. If i could give it zero stars, I would.
The incompetence and inconsistency of this branch is shameful. When a customer has to inform the employee on how their process works, you know it’s not a place of business you should be at. I do not recommend this location and I would advise you stay away as well.
