The banker named Sheila was rude, spoke to me out loud in the lobby so everyone could hear, it embarrassed me, there was no need for it, I sat waiting for 45 minutes ,and I had already told her I was there to change beneficiary, I did not appreciate her treatment if me. Wells fargo customer service has gone down a lot in recent years. I'm very disappointed . Then she refused to handle my business, said to speak with manager if have to come back tomorrow. Again speaking so loud everyone in bank could hear. Unbelievable!!
Went down their to cash a check that was on their bank ,and they charged me 10.00 to cash a check, and I don't think that was right to do that!
They don't serve customers quickly; there are cashiers who just stand around while the line gets long. Some people have to leave because they don't get served—the service is terrible. Why do they have so many staff members if they aren't going to use them to help customers? Only one person is actually working.
