I really miss the old staff there I have been with Wells Fargo for 15 yrs and never have left the bank feeling like I did today poor customer service bad attitudes and just a very bad vibe. I should not be having a hard time trying to transfer money out of my cd once it has matured. They told me I need an appointment for anything and everything regarding my money funny i didn’t need an appointment when they took my money to open the cd. very poor service and one specific bank teller is extremely rude and disrespectful to her own race and refuses to help us hispanics and always wants to pick and choose who she wants to talk in spanish to and who she doesnt. she also failed to deposit my wifes check into her account and when my wife went the next day to ask about it she resfued to help her.
I just spent 35 minutes in line waiting to deposit some cash into our business account… finally had to leave to go to work. I’ve never been to this branch where there hasn’t been a ridiculous line inside. Understaffed is an understatement
