They don't serve customers quickly; there are cashiers who just stand around while the line gets long. Some people have to leave because they don't get served—the service is terrible. Why do they have so many staff members if they aren't going to use them to help customers? Only one person is actually working.
First time banking with them. One teller for the first 8 minutes in line. Second teller helped to get the line down. Stood in line minutes total.🤦. Teller was friendly and polite.
