The outside atm machine is almost always out of order , they have their drive trough permanently shut down and when you go inside the tellers are in a bad mood I hate this location

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Destiny helped me convert my account into a joint checking account for my spouse and she was awesome. The bank branch manager even came out of her office and introduced herself. I'm very grateful for their assistance and professionalism.

The dark skin older lady that be at the front desk with glasses and dreads was very rude as i tried to be understanding and informed her that I am not here to make anyone’s job hard. I was just trying to understand what the problem was with my account to the point i had called the Wells Fargo Help line twice. She was rude to me and the Wells Fargo Phone representative. The representative transferred me over to where I can place a complaint to the corporate. They stayed on the line with me as they listened to how rude she was... read more

Very poor experience today. I went inside to see about cashing a personal check and was met with a very rude, I believe her name was Jennifer. She kept cutting me off, was NOT helpful, and had a bad attitude. I later had to go back in to deposit some checks for my job. She flipped through them, said “yeah none of these are stamped, you can take all that back” and shoved it through under the glass. She has got to fix her attitude. This is a bank, not some corner store in the middle of nowhere. Have some decorum.
