I came in here today and tried cashing a large check, while I’ve been a customer at Wells Fargo for over 10 yrs. My name on the check had a small error and I pleaded with them to ask that they please cash it and they said no. I asked multiple times and the manager who is Hispanic said no. I was upset and said other banks would make an exception so I feel like they can too, and maybe I need to switch banks and he said and we can make that happen too.
