This is easily my favorite wells fargo in the metro Atlanta area. The entire staff is extremely personable & are enthused to assist your financial needs.
Wells Fargo charged monthly fees on a dormant account after changing the minimum balance requirement from $500 to $1,500. We were never notified of the change, and the account information did not reflect it. The fees were also applied inconsistently, and the branch could not explain why. Their system would only refund a small portion, so the issue was escalated with a promise that we would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened.
