Would give ZERO stars if possible. We have financed and fully paid off 2 vehicles with WFDS and they refused to finance us recently. We have 4 accounts with WF Bank as well as a mortgage we paod off early. Too bad WFDS and WF Bank will be losing 2 longtime customers. Adios WF and thanks fro stealing from your customers for years.
Since I have opened my account I have had more issue than I did with Vystar and I had that account for years. This is ridiculous. Keeping my hard working money that I need to pay Bill's. And all I get is a simple I'm sorry I can't do anything about it. Horrible bank!
Purchased my first car using an auto loan from Wells Fargo. They offered a decent rate and I even paid off my car early. The online services make it easy to navigate and the auto pay ability online is super convienant. I called once because we suffered some financial loss after a hurricane and they happily pushed back a payment for me so i can use the extra funds to get things situated at home. Great customer service as my experience was good.
I had a nightmare experience with this company with my regular scheduled car payment. I attempted to pay and got a website error could not process, a few days later I attempted to pay again and it went through. Then that Monday I had two payments processing together simultaneously. I contacted my bank and Wells Fargo who informed me twice that I had a case opened and I would be getting a refund in about 48 hours. They told me this twice.
