I wish I knew a year ago what I know now. At the time I just let the car dealership find the lowest rate which, unfortunately, was through Wells Fargo at the time. I'm dealing with them now over an issue involving a recent loan payment. I sent the payment plus an additional $5K to be applied to the principal. They processed the check for the loan payment only. I've contacted them three times with a different song and dance each time. Finally I submitted a complaint to the Federal Reserve this morning. We'll see how that goes... read more
