Wells Fargo Dealer Services is giving me the run around after sending me a bill in error. I'm actually calling them trying to resolve the issue and they're continually rude, short, and disrespectful because I'm asking the company to take responsibility for the mistake that the company made and correct my account. I was told today there is "no other person I can speak to", and that if i call back they "have people they can transfer me around to if I just want to stay on the phone", but they will not be "doing anything for me"... read more
