Placing substandard limits on cash or coin withholdings is a huge setback. Assigning preferential treatment to business over personal accounts is discriminating. This is not what you want to hear from a bank with 4000 branches and over 170 years of experience. It is unacceptable by all means to impose unrealistic limits on withdrawals because of supposed market conditions. You can't anticipate scarcity by creating scarcity or you risk shorting the market. They lied to me in regarding they're promo of getting $325 if you switch to their bank. I opened an account had my direct deposits sent to that bank in January 2025 and still have not received the $325. I've spent many hours on the phone in regards of this matter with the main company and talk to the manager and other official and I still have not received the money after being lied to.
Wells Fargo banking has horrible customer service beyond the local branches. Locally in southern Oregon then are awesome. But if you need to call the 800 number, they are horrible. Closing all of my accounts because of this, and I’ve been a customer for decades.
