Lady said I couldn't cash my check because I didn't have a account with them after initially asking for 2 forms of ID.
The lady who introduced her as branch manager name Sahar jahed was really unhelpful and seems like didn’t want your business and with attitude she needs to understand she is there to help customer and solve the problem quickly rather wasting the time and giving nonsense reason! She need some customer service training
Great
As always great people that know their business.
