6 months ago I was convinced by Brayden (a premier banker) at this branch to open a Platinum High Yield savings account to hold a sizable amount of money and avoid fees on attached accounts. I was given a reasonable high yield rate. Everything was fine until September when I noticed that my interest payment for August had dropped to $20. The staff here is always on it. They help each other, and they know their customers. My preferred location for sure.
I have to leave a great review for senior banker Keith. Keith is a premier banker and very very personable. He is young and sharp! Knows exact what's needed. He is absolutely 109% on point. Very reliable and helpful. I was not familiar with WF: I normally bank at another branch. I decide to trust them with my money and I made the decision based on Keith's kindness and efficiency. As for ease of banking online: Not so much. Moving my own money around causes suspicion and then I am blocked from using my money. It's irritating.... read more
