I had an appointment at Wells Fargo, yet I still ended up waiting an absurd amount of time before being helped. What’s the point of scheduling ahead if I’m going to sit around like a walk-in? On top of that, opening a new account took over an hour and 30 minutes, which makes no sense considering my brother did the exact same thing the day before in just 20 minutes. On a Thursday afternoon at 1245pm it took more than 20 minutes to get cash in their line with 4 people in front of me and 2 cashier's. Wth takes so long. What a waste of time 😔
Actually a nice branch now. Completely remodeled the interior, hired more staff, nice furniture, new atms. There was someone walking around asking everyone if they needed anything and line moved quickly.
Yesterday I was in this branch and stood in line for 25 minutes before I got to teller there Were 2 tellers when I got there shortly after one closed when I asked Patricia for more teller she said we have 2 tellers I said there is only one also I told her this is every time I come here maybe I should leave Wells Fargo she said that’s fine is that what Wells Fargo wants that customers leave the bank instead of fixing the problem and teach the employees how important the customers are to the bank.
