I so much regretted to put my money in this place . They made difficulties to have it back. Yes, they did give me big welcoming to take my money with no appointment needed but I had been refused to have my money back because of I didn’t have two days in advance appointment. It was ridiculous and unfair to me. The woman was in the lobby was rude and unprofessional.
I had an appointment at Wells Fargo, yet I still ended up waiting an absurd amount of time before being helped. What’s the point of scheduling ahead if I’m going to sit around like a walk-in? On top of that, opening a new account took over an hour and 30 minutes, which makes no sense considering my brother did the exact same thing the day before in just 20 minutes. On a Thursday afternoon at 1245pm it took more than 20 minutes to get cash in their line with 4 people in front of me and 2 cashier's. Wth takes so long. What a waste of time 😔
Actually a nice branch now. Completely remodeled the interior, hired more staff, nice furniture, new atms. There was someone walking around asking everyone if they needed anything and line moved quickly.
