I'd like to thank Alex for providing a memorable customer experience for me earlier this week. I went in to do a transfer from one account to another, and I got a little short with him when I heard the steps that were involved. He handled it really well. He was patient, courteous, and stayed focus on a solution and helping me out. I give him major props, for a job well done. Kassy is amazing!!! I get her everytime I come in and she has always been so kind. Her style is impeccable and a really refreshing vibe from the average banker. I actually look forward to coming to the bank. She always is kind to my dog. I had an issue with a lost check in the mail. She has handled it amazingly.
