I'd like to thank Alex for providing a memorable customer experience for me earlier this week. Kassy is amazing!!! I get her everytime I come in and she has always been so kind. Her style is impeccable and a really refreshing vibe from the average banker. I actually look forward to coming to the bank. She always is kind to my dog. I had an issue with a lost check in the mail. She has handled it amazingly. Layla is the absolute best. She goes out of her way to help every time I visit the branch; whatever I need -- to send wires, withdrawals, currency, etc. she helps. Alex is also amazing. He is my go to banker. Alex remembers all my information and even helps my children at the bank. The level of service is unlike anything I've ever experienced at a bank. I won't go to any other Wells Fargo branch. You shouldn't either. Layla and Alex are the best. Don't settle for less. You're welcome.
