I often go after work right before they close. Despite being one of the last customers of the day, the staff are always helpful and kind. Today, there was no line, Alex quickly helped me with my transactions, and made recommendations that were very helpful.

visit to the Wells Fargo branch at is always was disappointing. With minimal staff available, I waited over 17 minutes just to deposit a check. This lack of efficiency and attention to customers’ time reflects poorly on the branch’s commitment to customer care.
