Terrible customer service….I waited and waited for 50 dollars in quarters…they had my information…I left without my quarters..seriously thinking about transferring banks this afternoon…Jeff
Totally a disgrace this branch have been a customer for every year prior to Wells Fargo purchase. and have not been totally disrespected with no follow up to emails having to make appointments when banker is doing absolutely nothing and no follow up.
Had managed to open CD accts online and close them, transfer back to savings with a phone call. Not this time. I have to literally take vacation time to drive to the branch to do this. Not to mention me signing up for a platinum savings for a little better interest just to have that taken away. Mind you, I have to keep MORE MONEY in that acct than a normal savings acct to escape the penalties. I'm out. Going to close everything down and move on to a better bank. Do better Wells Fargo! It is very odd that cash can be deposited in every bank in town without ID except for Wells Fargo. My husband was in the hospital for emergency surgery and I wanted to deposit a lowly $200 in his account so he wouldn't go overdrawn before he was able to get out of the hospital. They wouldn't let me deposit it. They just kept telling me that he could write a check and then I could deposit it. First of all, HE'S IN SURGERY!
