I experienced terrible customer service at the branch. I handed $5000 to the cashier, who requested my debit card. By the time I retrieved my card, she had taken the money to the counting machine and claimed that I had only given $3900, resulting in a loss of $1100. There was no assistance provided at the branch, and I was instructed to file complaints. All my complaints were closed with a response stating they couldn't verify due to the surveillance angle and indicated that a court order was required to review the footage. ... read more

The absolute worst. Customer service is non existent. They could care less. I call Wells Fargo to go over all the information about getting my 14yo son a bank account. They assure me he does not need to be there as long as I have his documents. We got there and they tell me he has to be there. We said we will be back around 3:30. Do I need an appointment?
