Just left this Wells Fargo, usually I have NO issues with - customer service is usually on point. Today, however, I was disappointed. Teller as always was great, but for what I needed today, I had to wait on another type of rep. I told the guy, I needed to do a stop payment and a wire transfer. His response was, did I have the app because I could do it all there. I told him no, but I do check my account online. Do not come here if you have anything else to do with your time.. I walked in at 11am on break, ONE teller who wants to have a catch up session with every customer as if people aren’t waiting in line. Not to mention the numerous people just walking around doing absolutely nothing. Restructure this place ASAP
