Went in to open an Estate Account and get some papers notarized. We were lucky enough to get Aaron to assist us. He was efficient but compassionate given our circumstances. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained everything. He went above and beyond to help us. Aaron has a great personality and really put us at ease. WF is lucky to have him as an associate.
My gosh. Is the economy that bad that they only have 1 teller working ? Hire more tellers
Zero stars, very bad experience: I opened a checking account with WF and once in a while they charge me $10 because I don't have the amount they want in my account. When opened this account, there was no such restriction. They changed the account policy while not offering any tool for checking when the amount in the account is less. What am I supposed to do? To babysit every day the account amount and make sure it's in the limit? While calling them, I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to talk to someone.
I went to rea rd branch for online banking enrollment, William was assigned to assist however i dnt get any help, a day before rep stated she will assist when opened an account upon going next day, i was asked to wait for debit card to arrive in mail then register, complete waste of time and unprofessional employee William racist behavior, did not even ask to sit down and speak. Wells fargo employee William just kept staring with no help
