The negative reviews here are 100% exaggerated. This is a great location with amazing people inside. It’s been the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment to open 2 accounts: a personal and a business. The process was seamless. I forgot my debit card and they provided alternative solutions to get me going. Worst location ever! It takes over 30 minutes for a simple transaction. Not to mention the terrible layout. They have a drive trough ATM right next to commercial lane and it takes forever just to access ATM! Wells Fargo, you need to fix this.
