So, sitting here blocked in at the drive through for over 30 mins because your incompetent staff didn't know how to tell a customer to come inside that had a large issue. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed asap.
Guillie (I think that’s how you spell her name) was absolutely FANTASTIC. Super sweet lady and was extremely fast and efficient. Loved talking with her and always love coming here. Almost immediately greeted and was in and out.
I went into this location to open an account. I got on the waitlist and waited 50 mins. A lady came in and got on the waitlist after I did and was waiting when this lady walked up to the employee and told her she had to get to an appointment. The employee took her next. I went and told the employee that I was next, but she said I would have to wait. I said that this was so wrong and I walked out! I had a very disappointing experience at this location today . I went to make a deposit and get some change through the drive-thru. There was only one vehicle ahead of me, yet I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. During that time, two other vehicles behind me got tired of waiting and left. What made it even more frustrating was that I could see four employees working inside. Despite that, the wait was extremely long with only one car ahead of me. Slow service and super disappointed when I went to cash a check there. $10 fee to cash a check??? How much of a service is being provided that it costs that much? Ridiculous. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised given their numerous controversies in recent years. Gotta pay their lawsuits somehow!
