This is the worst costumer services I've been encountered. My husband and me went there to open a new account, this morning. We walked in to the bank. I was told I needed to set up an appointment. Which we did, 30 minutes another person walked in. And the staff give her assistance, and the manager told us to go on other branch. Because they need to attended those person first before us. They wasted our time of waiting for nothing.
Teller staff are friendly enough, but management is supper dishonest and incompetent. At least use a different branch, if not bank.
The customer representative was very rude and it seemed like she didn't wanna be at work. Don't come to this location
Trying to set up a new account with the special offer they sent in the mail only let you do it in person, but they only have one person who can do it. Went to three different branches here in Corpus and there wasn’t anyone in the lobby to direct you. Stood in line way too long to not get any help.
